Dr. Ogechika K. Alozie is an infectious disease specialist in El Paso, Texas and is affiliated with one hospital. He has been in practice between 11-20 years.
Alozie, who recently was named to the position, is board certified in infectious disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is board certified in clinical informatics by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, according to the news release.
He was recognized in 2016 as “Best Physician in the City” by El Paso’s City Magazine. He also was awarded the “Pharmacy Award for Innovative Practice” by the El Paso Pharmacy Association in February 2018.
Alozie earned his medical degree from the University of Benin in Benin City, Nigeria, and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health.
He is working on a Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
