The appointment of Ngozi Okonjo being a great accomplishment, and a new emblem of the  African woman,  and Africa as a whole, the distinctive signature look of the WTO boss continues being donned by African women.  A full outfit and head tie in African wax cloth known as Ankara, a single strand necklace and clear glasses, is the outfit or signature look of  Ngozi  Okonjo Iweala.
